For recruiters and hiring managers

Every applicant from us arrives interview-ready.

When a SubmitX user applies to your role, you get a match score, a JD-fit summary, and visa status before you open the resume. No mass-blast. No noise.

Free. No card required. Thirty minutes, no pitch deck.

6 job boards, one channel

LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, RemoteOK, Jobicy, Himalayas. One consistent applicant packet.

Match score on every applicant

Computed against your JD before they hit submit. You see the same score they did.

H1B status declared up front

Visa status is set on the candidate side. Zero back-and-forth before the first call.

Where our users come from

Our users apply to your roles from these sources.

You get one consistent applicant packet across all of them.

What you get

Three things in every SubmitX applicant.

Match score

A real match score, not a keyword count

We score every applicant against your JD using semantic embeddings, skills overlap, seniority, years of experience, and location. The applicant sees their own score before they apply. So do you. Low scores rarely apply, and that is the point.

JD-fit summary

A JD-fit summary, not a wall of resume

Every applicant arrives with a one-page summary that calls out the three strongest matches between their experience and your JD, the gaps, and the visa status they declared. Read time: under thirty seconds.

Inbox-native

Replies hit a real human, not a bot

When you reply to a SubmitX applicant, your message lands in their actual inbox. Our helpers draft responses for them, but a human always clicks send. You will not get into a loop with an AI auto-responder.

How it works

Four steps from apply to interview.

  1. 01

User applies through their normal flow

A SubmitX user finds your role on LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, your careers page, or anywhere else they look. They apply through that channel as they normally would.

  2. 02

Their application lands in your ATS with the packet attached

Resume, match score, one-page JD-fit summary, declared visa status. All in the package the applicant submits. You read it the way you read any other application.

  3. 03

You reply through your normal inbox or ATS

The candidate sees your message in our app and drafts a reply with our inbox helpers. A human always clicks send. The conversation is between you and the candidate.

  4. 04

You schedule the interview. We are out of the loop.

We never claim credit, never charge you, never sell your contact info. The relationship is yours.

Anti-spam pledge

This is the bright line we do not cross. If you ever see a SubmitX-tagged application that looks off-target for your role, email us at hello@submitx.ai. We will look at why our match scoring let it through.

  • We do not mass-blast resumes. Every application is reviewed by the candidate before submit.
  • We do not auto-submit on the user's behalf without their explicit confirm.
  • We surface match scores so applicants self-filter. Low-fit applicants usually do not apply.
  • We never sell candidate data, recruiter contacts, or hiring intent signals. To anyone.

What recruiters say

Composite quotes from real conversations.

Drawn from candidate-side feedback and informal chats with TA leaders. We replace these with named attributions as soon as recruiter customers are willing to be quoted.

Half my filtering time goes away when I can see a match score before I open the resume.
Senior recruiter, fintech series B
The JD-fit summary is the only reason I open these applicants first. It is the cover letter people actually read.
Talent partner, AI infrastructure startup
I stopped flagging SubmitX applications as spam once I read what the tool actually does. They are signal-rich, not noise.
