How it works
- 1Create your SubmitX accountSign up, upload or build a base resume, and save your professional details — contact, visa, skills, and education.
- 2Complete your autofill profileOpen Autofill in the dashboard and fill every required field. The same form lives under Professional Profile — save once, both stay in sync.
- 3Install from the Chrome Web StoreAfter your profile is complete, the install button unlocks on the Autofill page. Pin the extension from Chrome’s puzzle icon.
- 4Tailor & autofill on any job pageOpen a job posting or application, launch the side panel, optionally tailor your resume, then click Autofill and review before you submit.
Where it works
Built for common ATS and job-board flows. On company career sites outside this list, open the SubmitX side panel from the toolbar and use Autofill on that tab.
The extension only reads the application page you are on when you click Autofill, Tailor resume, or Draft answer. We do not sell your data.
Passwords, SSN, salary expectations, and date of birth are never autofilled.
