SubmitX Autofill for Chrome
One panel for tailoring your resume and filling application forms from your saved profile.

How to install and use

Create your SubmitX account
Sign up at submitx.ai, upload or build a base resume, and fill in your profile (contact info, education, skills). The extension uses the same account as the dashboard.

Install SubmitX Autofill from the Chrome Web Store
Click Install for Chrome below. Pin the extension from the puzzle icon in the toolbar so it is easy to open.

Sign in through the extension
Click the SubmitX icon, open the side panel, and sign in with your SubmitX account (Clerk, same as the website).

Open a job application and autofill
Go to any supported application page, open the side panel, optionally click Tailor resume, then click Autofill. Review every field before you submit the application.
Where it works
The extension is built for common online job application flows, including many employer career sites and applicant tracking systems. If a company hosts its application on its own domain, open the SubmitX side panel from the toolbar and use Autofill on that tab.
Privacy and sensitive fields
The extension only reads the application page you are actively using when you click Autofill, Tailor resume, or Draft answer. It does not sell your data. Passwords, SSN, salary, and similar fields are never autofilled. Extension privacy policy.
