Employer groups
A group is a published list of filing entities, not a company. Counts on a group page are summed from the entities' own records; addresses, industry codes and compliance flags are never merged.

No groups are published right now. Groupings are assembled by readers from the entity pages and published only after someone on our team has read the evidence and agreed — no threshold publishes anything, so an empty list here means nobody has approved one yet, not that nobody has proposed one.
Why a group is a list and not a company
The employer name as filed is the entity, and nothing in this dataset merges two of them. Amazon files under eighteen separate names; each one stays its own row, its own page and its own set of numbers. A group adds no nineteenth record — it is a list of the eighteen, with the additive figures summed and the medians and rates recomputed from those sums.
That is also why a group has no address, no industry code and no compliance status. Those belong to the legal entity that filed, and one entity carrying a flag does not put it on the others.
